Welcome to PLANKSgiving — a fun challenge leading up to Thanksgiving.
Join us for 10 days of squats, planks and thanks, all for just $10. Each day of the challenge, we’ll give you an exercise to add to your workout, keeping you motivated as we kick off the busy holiday season. Challenge yourself, build strength, and stay inspired. It’s a fantastic opportunity to give thanks while getting your plank on!

Follow along on our National Facebook page and do the daily exercise posted from November 17th- 26th.
Comment on the daily posts by 11:59 p.m. CT in order to be entered into that day’s drawing for a cash prize. Only registered participants are eligible for prizes.

Must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to register. All adults are invited to sign up. Children are welcome to participate alongside you for fun! By joining in this challenge you are attesting that you are physically conditioned to do so and you accept all liability therefore arising from your participation. Posting on social media (Facebook) is required to have the chance to win bonus prizes. If you do not have a social media account you may ask someone to post on your behalf.
Challenge Waiver
I acknowledge that physical activity is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not register and exercise unless I am medically able to do so. I certify that I am physically fit, and am able to perform 30 minutes of physical activity a day, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person. I hereby assume any and all risks associated with participating in this challenge including but not limited to death or personal injury resulting from medical conditions and/or emergencies. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of my registration fee, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge Moms on the Run LLC (including its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, and assigns), any affiliate, subsidiary or parent company of Moms on the Run LLC, any organization associated with this virtual challenge, and any and all sponsors of Moms on the Run including their agents, employees and assigns, from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen) for death, personal injury or property damage of any kind or nature including those arising out of my participation in this challenge. This Waiver shall be construed broadly to provide release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
